DE CORAZON A CORAZON TANGO FIESTA is an international event, that starts on Friday (06.06.2025) and ends on Sunday (08.06.2025). In addition, pre- and after-events may take place.
The Tango Fiesta is a closed and role-balanced event where registration is mandatory. See section “Registration” for more details.

No passes available at-the-door.
No separate passes available for events of the Tango Fiesta on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
No registration required to the pre- / after- Tango Fiesta events, if any.
By registering to a Tango Fiesta you are obliged to a registration fee.
Registration fee amount is subject to the registration date as indicated in the official website.
Registration fee does not include any other cost, like accommodation, logistics, or admission to a pre- and after- events (if any).
The registration fee is not refundable. Canceling your registration to the Tango Fiesta after you’ve made the payment or in case of no-show incur no money return. In case of emergency, the participant can ask organizers about the possibility to transfer the ticket to another person. Ticket transfer to another person is only possible with a prior agreement to the organizers. In case the Tango Fiesta is cancelled by the organizers, registration fee is returned to the participants who have already paid the registration fee.
Admission to the Tango Fiesta is only allowed with a Tango Fiesta-related wristband placed around the wrist of a participant.
The wristband can only be collected at the Tango Fiesta milongas in person by each participant.
To get a wristband, a person has to provide a valid full pass QR code or confirmation email, issued by the organizers to the participant. The organizers reserve the right to ask the participant’s ID card or other identity document to confirm the participant identity.
Once the Tango Fiesta wristband is lost, it will not be replaced. The organizers reserve the right to deny an admission to the Tango Fiesta for the persons without a Tango Fiesta-related wristband.
The organizers reserve the right to deny the admission to any Tango Fiesta event at their own discretion, without prior notice, for persons under the influence of alcohol or other controlled substances, behaving violently or disrespectfully, improperly dressed, etc.
The organizers reserve the right to change the Tango Fiesta agenda. All changes will be published on the official festival website and relevant social networks.
It is in the responsibility to the participant to make accommodation and travel arrangements only after the participation in the Tango Fiesta is confirmed. The organizers are not accountable for any claims that are subject to the accommodation or travel booked prior the participants registration is confirmed.
The organizers cannot be hold responsible and are not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during the event.
Smoking is not permitted in the festival venues, unless you are in a smoking-designated area.
Registration to the Tango Fiesta starts on the date indicated in the official website.
To ensure various types of balance (including role balance), registration to the Tango Fiesta is mandatory.
Registration to the Tango Fiesta is possible via an online registration form provided in the official website. By indicating “Going” in the social media does not imply of being registered to the Tango Fiesta.
Registration is subject to the following steps:
Fill up and submit a registration form.
All submitted registration forms fall into a waiting list.
The organizers will review every registration as soon as possible.
Once your registration passes from the waiting list to the confirmed participants list, the organizers will send you the email with payment details.
Make a payment based on the provided payment details within the indicated deadline.
Once the payment is received, we’ll send you the confirmation email containing TANGO FIESTA PASS.
Registration is possible for the couples and solo participants. Since it’s a role-balanced event, registration in couples is encouraged. Registering in couple will give a priority in the registration confirmation process.
The organizers reserve the right to close a registration for solo participants at any time.
Registration submission date will not be taken into account in the registration confirmation process.
Registration is personal. Each person of a couple has to fill up a registration form. Registration confirmation process applies to each registered participant separately.
Registration in a couple is not possible with a confirmed Tango Fiesta participant (who applied as a solo participant and received confirmation of his/her participation).
Submitting a registration form and receiving a registration submission receipt does not imply of being registered to the Tango Fiesta.
For confirmed participants, an email with the payment details will be sent.
Registration to the Tango Fiesta is confirmed only after the payment of the registration fee is received. Receiving a registration confirmation email implies of being a confirmed participant at the Tango Fiesta.
By submitting a registration form you agree with the terms and conditions of the festival.
Registration will be closed on the 3rd June, 2025, at 23:59 CET. After this date there is no possibility to transfer your participation to another person.
Payment of a registration fee is possible via a bank transfer based on payment details provided by the organizers.
Registration fee has to be paid by the participant within indicated period of time.
The organizers do not bear any cost of bank commissions or currency conversion costs. Payment related charges must be paid by the participant. The organizers will ask a participant for the compensation if the payment received does not match the registration fee that is subject to a registration of a participant.
The following data have to be provided in the payment details: full name of participant.
Payments are only accepted in euros.
It is possible to get an invoice for the registration fee paid.
The organizers encourage and promote respectful and social atmosphere at the Tango Fiesta: enjoy the music, people, dance, embrace.
Traditional tango music will be played by the professional TDJs.
On the dancefloor, respect and cordiality are very important. In case of collision, apologize and move on.
Dancing in lines (rondas) of the counter-clockwise direction should be respected.
Traditional Mirada and Cabeseo must be used when asking for a dance or accepting an invitation for a dance.
Offering advice or criticism, teaching, instructing is completely prohibited at the milongas. The organizers reserve the right to ask a participant to leave a milonga if such participant’s behaviour is identified.
With the registration form we collect the minimum amount of data we need to be able to deliver services to you.
By registering to the Tango Fiesta you give consent for your personal data to be processed by the organizers for the purposes of providing you with a booking for Tango Fiesta events.
Every registered Tango Fiesta participant has the right to inspect their personal data and correct them.
By registering to the Tango Fiesta you give the permission to the official festival photographers to take pictures of you and/or videos during the event and publish them online. The organizers are not accountable for any claims of the Tango Fiesta participants against other persons filming and taking pictures during the festival.
By participating in the Tango Fiesta you give an irrevocable, interminable consent that pictures or videos (with your presence) can be gratuitously used in the Tango Fiesta website and its social media. The consent applies only to a non-commercial use of the pictures and videos captured by the official photographer and organizers.
Every Tango Fiesta participant has the right to deny any usage of the photos or videos (captured by the official festival photographer) in which the Tango Fiesta participant is captured.
